Annual General Meeting and Annual Report
The Annual General Meeting of Justin Wilson plc was held at the MSV Centre at Brands Hatch on Wednesday 7 July 2010. During the formal part of the meeting, all of the resolutions were carried by a show of hands, with no votes against. Once the business was complete, Justin summarised the season so far and responded to general questions from the audience.

Hard copies of the Annual Report and Accounts were mailed to investors in advance of the meeting and are also available in the shareholders area of this web site.
